I am a Licensed Psychologist providing counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health services in Wichita Falls, Texas, and the surrounding communities.

I offer a variety of counseling and psychological services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, marriage therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and video teletherapy.

I have been broadly trained in a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and behavioral therapy (BT). Because of this, I am able to help my clients with depression, anxiety, grief, and in adjusting to life stage changes. I specialize in treating trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, and disordered eating.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages.

I am also a Safe Zone Ally.
